Hide and show calendars

From the calendar list in the Trumba editing environment, you can hide unpublished calendars and subcalendars that you created, imported, or that are shared with you.

Hiding a calendar prevents it from appearing in the Trumba editing environment. It doesn't affect the events or any other customization previously applied to the calendar.

Important You can also hide calendars (with the same requirements as above) on the Manage calendars page, plus show (unhide) hidden calendars -- see Manage calendars.

Calendars you can't hide in the Trumba editing environment:

• Published calendars.
• Calendars mixed into published calendars.

To hide a calendar in the Trumba editing environment

1. Make sure the calendar is not published -- see Publish calendars.
2. Make sure the calendar is not mixed in to any published calendars -- see Mix-ins, paging, and grouping.
3. Click the down arrow () to the right of the calendar name, and then from the drop-down menu, click Hide Calendar.

Note The Hide Calendar option will not be displayed if the criteria above are not met.
