Custom Objects are directories, collections of records that share a common set of attributes. Organizing data in directories saves you time and money, eliminates data entry errors, reduces website maintenance, and helps your site visitors.
For example, you might want to maintain a Venues directory where you create a single record containing the name, address, phone number, photo, and map location for each venue where your calendar events occur. This makes adding a location to an event as simple as pointing to the appropriate record.
Object records are stored in folders the same way events are stored on calendars. You can publish and embed object folders, share them, and mix in them in to calendar publications.
