Trumba's a great tool for event planning. Overall, it's easy to navigate and user friendly...It's SO convenient being able to duplicate events, since all our events are similar, but held at different locations. I just have to update the address and title each time. I also like that I can filter for my department's events only. We have other community programs that post their events through our account as well.
With Trumba, it's very easy to set up programs, sell tickets and offer refunds. They offer great customer service with a person who knows your business and you. It has been an asset to our organization and a great savings over other platforms we have used. We can change things as we need to and update the attendees with ease.
