With Trumba, we’re able to have tight integration across the division. I can administer 36+ schools with an average of 10-15 individual calendars per school from my central office location and insert the necessary widgets in the school sites. Trumba's a great tool for event planning. Overall, it's easy to navigate and user friendly...It's SO convenient being able to duplicate events, since all our events are similar, but held at different locations. I just have to update the address and title each time. I also like that I can filter for my department's events only. We have other community programs that post their events through our account as well.

Trumba can do more than just calendars. The custom objects add a level of value that is very much appreciated. And as a calendaring solution, we love how it's web CMS agnostic and highly customizable.

Trumba is by far the best calendar program. It's reliable, fairly easy to use, and has a lot of extras that my readers enjoy. I can create "spin-off" calendars that only show certain events, and readers can easily add events to their calendars. We use Trumba’s Custom Objects to enhance our calendar with additional venue information (parking, photos, maps and contact info). This saves us time...as we only need to enter venue data once. The customized views of Custom Objects add even more value — users can see all events associated with any Custom Object item. For example, users looking for all events at a particular facility. We also use Custom Objects to publish our city department and facility lists which is extremely helpful.
