Trumba charges a small fee for paid registrations that are processed through a payment gateway configured within Trumba. This fee is in addition to any fees paid directly to your gateway.
All new Trumba accounts come with two free hours of client support that can be used however you like. This is typically sufficient for smaller implementations or for those who are familiar with Trumba or similar software. Additional hours can be purchased at any time for assistance with set-up, training, etc.
